Ripoff!! Called to get pricing on unlocking my car because I left the keys inside. The person said the trip costs $20 and then depending on the difficulty of it it starts at $25. Nicholas Perez gets to my house and says it'll be $150! Doesn't even do the work before I pay. I paid and he does this in 1 minute....didn't seem very difficult so I dont understand why it was $150!! I feel like I got ripped off! When he took my card payment he used a square, yet he still kept my card information on his copy of the receipt!! Really shady! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!! 🤬

Tyler was very helpful. He fixed my front door locks pretty quick. We had lots of issues with our front door. He made sure the door locks are working good before leaving and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
